Got this for Christmas and works really well. I am currently struggling with hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation. After using this my skin was glowing and removed impurities. I really liked the depuffi as well, I enjoyed using both the heat setting and cooling setting after to calm my face. Time will tell how it holds up and if there is long term benefits. I wish they would post the ingredients to the exfoliant and hydrator, can’t find that anywhere to even see if I’m allergic to what’s in it. I think this is a great at home alternative but could be considered pricey. Compared to going to the spa or esthetician it is a good price.

I tend to not get professional facials enough and like that there is an at-home option that helps me achieve some of the benefits of getting it done professionally. After reading the instructions, it is fairly simple to operate. I do wish it moved a little smoother while moving across the face but the suction limits the smoothness. Most of the times, I haven’t seen a lot of gunk in the dirty tank but I also don’t wear a lot of makeup that clogs my pores. I do wish the cap fit better in that it clicks or locks. Currently it just sits on top and came packaged with an elastic that holds it together. And the cleaning brush and charging wire has to be in exactly the same place it came in or it doesn’t close. Other than those items, I do like the system and am hoping it continues to work well and keep my face feeling fresh and clean!

Whilst using the device with the Weekly Pro Glow Routine (9 min, the first few times take longer as you’re learning how to use the device); advised to start with clean, dry skin & prep with instheat to loosen impurities. Step 1 (3 minutes) Apply DERM DETOX (aha & bha serum, the smaller bottle labeled 1) in a thin layer over entirety of face, avoiding eyes & mouth, and wait 3 minutes. Step 2 (3 minutes) Fill tank with cool water to “max” fill line. Attach WIDE TIP (normal or gentle depending on skin type and or comfort level) and turn on. To me, it’s not much different other than design, than those available 20 years ago. Where this product shines is the DEPUFFI. It feels truly amazing, whether it’s being used to cool/heat, they’re both truly amazing. This is the only part that is okay to use your own products either the device, otherwise you’re required to use their proprietary products.

When I first saw this gadget I immediately thought it would be complicated but upon reading the directions it's really very simple. If you're doing the daily depuff it's as simple as attaching the smooth attachment and turning the device on (either heat mode, cold mode, or both) and running along your face. For your once weekly detox you prep your face by using the heat function, apply the Step 1 detox gel, then attach the suction tool with the chamber full of water and run for one cycle. Follow up with a second round of the Step 2 infuse hydrator. After that's finished you end with a blast of cold using the smooth attachment again and your face will feel completely new and literally glow. After using it for about two weeks I have noticed a decrease in breakouts and an overall smoothness to my skin as well as noticeably smaller pores. Make sure to moisturize and use SPF! This is definitely something I'll be using regularly and the daily depuff is a lifesaver for under eye bags and noticeable puffiness in the mornings.

While cleaning my face, my akin was a little red, but quickly went away after use. There was very little noise and maintenance was quite simple.
