[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big fan of hydrafacial so I was excited to get this home option. I have sensitive and clogged skin so it’s always been better for me. This handheld little option is a quick easy use. They include two serums to use with it. The first use I wasn’t sure if it did much, but now after 3, I’ve really seen an improvement in my skin. Also, it has an electric hot/cold roller which is sooo nice. I’ve been using it in the morning to wake myself up and the cold roller feels so good on the skin. Definitely high quality. My only thing is that I wish the serums fit into the case and that the case was easier to travel with. It’s too bulky and wasted space and why can’t it clip instead of having a strap. I don’t want to lose any pieces and I travel a lot so the setup of it isn’t ideal to have to find a different holder. It was easy to set up and get started using.

My husband got me this for my birthday and I’m in love with it! I usually get “diamond glow” or hydro facials at a plastic surgeon’s office a couple times a year. Their equipment was better than a regular spa. I thought this would be a great “in-between”. I also had rosacea, but since I get the hydro facials professionally, I figured this would be fine. The process is really easy. 10 minutes once a week so it fits into my busy schedule. I am extremely happy with the results! I use the gentle tips for exfoliation and rehydration and they work really well. My face is literally glowing. I use the depuffy device every day in the morning and evening on cool setting. Especially in. The morning bec I wake up and my face is just swollen from overnight.

I was both satisfied and slightly grossed out by how much gunk it pulled from my skin upon the first use. The de-puffi attachment is great - I particularly like the cooling setting. It's wonderful after you've exfoliated or simply when you want to cool and soothe your skin after a long day. I will say it can take a little time to get the hang of using this - it can feel a little heavy at first, and achieving a tight seal while simultaneously gliding the device across your face takes some getting used to. The water reservoir doors are also a challenge to open. However, I do think the pros outweigh the cons. You can get an effective facial right at home, and you truly feel like you're doing something good for your skin, I love how clean and refreshed my face feels. You can probably expect a little purging, especially after the first use, but that is a sign that it's doing its job. After that initial time, I never had issues with breakouts afterwards, just smooth and rejuvenated skin. I received this product to test in exchange for my honest review.

My favorite function is the depuff and chill. It gets so cold! I’ve been using that in the mornings and can always tell such a difference.

I’m honestly shocked by how impressive it is, both in quality and elegant design. The detailed instructions made it super easy to use. It removed quite a lot of oil from my clean skin (you can even see it in the cloudy water in the photo). The cold and hot therapy modes feel absolutely amazing. I can already tell this will become one of my favorite beauty tools!

Very nice packaging and directions are easy to understand. After using it I did notice particles/dead skin in the tank and my face feel great.
