I absolutely love my Opal 1. Eating/chewing ice is what helped me 2 years ago when I stopped smoking after 50 years! I love with the Opal ice is always available. The installation was easy/peasy (my daughter put it on the counter top) & I don't hear it running unless I'm in the kitchen & even then the sound isn't loud at all. That being said, I wish they made a smaller model as I'm a single senior citizen & while I don't need so much ice every day, it's a joy to refill my cup so easily. I'm not sure how my deep cleaning process will go, as the machine is so heavy. I might reach out to my community to see if anyone is familiar with the cleaning process. But I LOVE my Opal Ice!!

I’ve never been an ice person. I drink my water without ice and have most other drinks without ice. It was just too big and awkward and it made my teeth hurt. Until I had the good ice. This ice is just wonderful. It’s soft, chewy, and not too cold on my teeth. I’m obsessed.

My husband surprised me with this last week. We have been looking for an ice maker for about a year and finally pulled the trigger. The price seemed to be pretty fair. It creates a good amount of ice in a short period of time. The appearance is pleasing and seems like decent size for the type of product. The installation was a little rough. We had to call and get help setting up and was told we might haved to return it and get a different one. It ended up working. The machine is a little noisy. It sounds like the microwave is constantly running.

I first discovered this nugget Ice maker at work. I fell so I love with it that I decided to get my own for my home. I enjoy the little nuggets that this ice maker produces. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! ❤️

Really like the machine but it will make a really loud noise sometimes. If we push in on the back of the machine it will stop. Something must be loose inside making the metal on the back rattle.

This machine is nice, very easy to install, looks nice, doesn’t make a lot of noise. A little big because of the side tank which will come handy when you need to produce more ice. The ice nuggets are soft and chewy. I’m glad I purchased it.

I errored inmodel number. It should be P4INSASBV1TS. Please make correction. So far so good with Ice Maker. Took a few try and errors to not have wet counter but I think we’ve got it!

I just bought it, and it’s leaking at the bottom (where the hoses connect to the machine itself. I haven’t been able to figure out how to get it to stop leaking, and it’s very nerve racking. Please HELP!

Great product. Very quiet and makes ice quickly. I have been wanting this for a while a this ice maker doesn’t disappoint. The soft pellet ice is a favorite.
