My family was so excited to get a nugget ice maker! But after being on my third machine it’s very disappointing. This is not worth buying. We use distilled water and clean on a regular basis. It will just quit working and be stuck.

Love that it hold a lot of water and ice. Install was very smooth. Very quiet only has a little hum. All in all a good product and manufacturing. It’s kinda big but that’s what I like about it.

Thought the ice bin was a lot larger. It is kind of small. It will provide ice for about five people at a time. But it is convenient especially if your fridge does not make ice.

Overall, it was a breeze to set the product up. From unpacking to cleaning to ice it was a total of 30-40 mins. Initially we are a happy customer. Looking forward to putting the ice machine to the test…

This nugget ice machine is probably the best gift I have ever gotten. I am obsessed!! It is awesome in every way and has worked perfectly. No problems or complaints AT ALL. I’m a major ice person so I’m super glad there is a side tank.

I think my biggest issue with the ice maker is it never fills up with ice and then stops working after about 3 days. It keeps saying to add water but it is filled with water. Our water is not hard water so I just don’t get it.

My wife loves the soft nugget ice. The capacity works well for us. Very quiet and compact taking little of the countertop space which is always great. The instructions for installation were straight forward and simple.

I love this product! It makes great pebble ice and is pretty quiet. This is my 3rd countertop pebble ice maker and is hands down my favorite.

Great ice maker, ice is so clear, and good. The process is fairly easy, and it makes ice very quickly. Overall a great buy.
