This machine is nice, very easy to install, looks nice, doesn’t make a lot of noise. A little big because of the side tank which will come handy when you need to produce more ice. The ice nuggets are soft and chewy. I’m glad I purchased it.

Thought the ice bin was a lot larger. It is kind of small. It will provide ice for about five people at a time. But it is convenient especially if your fridge does not make ice.

Love that it hold a lot of water and ice. Install was very smooth. Very quiet only has a little hum. All in all a good product and manufacturing. It’s kinda big but that’s what I like about it.

My family was so excited to get a nugget ice maker! But after being on my third machine it’s very disappointing. This is not worth buying. We use distilled water and clean on a regular basis. It will just quit working and be stuck.

My wife loves the soft nugget ice. The capacity works well for us. Very quiet and compact taking little of the countertop space which is always great. The instructions for installation were straight forward and simple.

Really like the machine but it will make a really loud noise sometimes. If we push in on the back of the machine it will stop. Something must be loose inside making the metal on the back rattle.

Overall, it was a breeze to set the product up. From unpacking to cleaning to ice it was a total of 30-40 mins. Initially we are a happy customer. Looking forward to putting the ice machine to the test…

Went just looking around and found the ice maker. Great product and easy to set up. Good for ice eaters.

Takes long to make ice and on top of that does not makes enough. Have too wait for another batch of ice.

Icemaker was easy to set up and get her up and running very quickly so far. I’m very happy with my purchase.
