However , these chews do absolutely nothing. To make it worse they do not break down easy. When chewing the consistency turns into a gum and it is difficult to swallow. I also do not like the flavor. I will be sticking to the powder

They are individually wrapped so it's easy to pack them in your bag or luggage when traveling which I like. They work quickly and they have a nice berry flavor.

I didn't see any relief in the 30 minutes to 6 hours like the product said but did the next day. This product in my opinion is great if you aren't looking for a quick relief.

These are much easier to take than the usual liquid magnesium citrate. The individually wrapped chews make them super convenient for travel or keeping in a bag. The flavor is mixed berry but it does have a bit of an artificial aftertaste. Instructions are to take 2-4 chews per dose.

It does have a chalky texture and a little bit of an after taste but overall it works great. I took it daily for just two days and was easy to offload. Gentle on stomach and effective on digestive system. Great product.

It's not immediate, which gives you time to but it definitely helps and doesn't hurt your stomach at all. Make sure to drink lots of water with them! The taste is good, no gritty chalky taste and I like that they are individually wrapped.
