I seem to have a bit more gas and cramping with this over the powdered form. I will probably go back to the original product after I finish these.

I appreciate how convenient these are compared to the powdered variant that needs to be mixed. These are perfect at home or if you're on the go. While these have been reliable and effective without cramping or discomfort, I do find it to be a bit of an acquired taste; it's too sweet for my taste and has a bit of an aftertaste.

Give it about 30 minutes for the rumbling to begin. Would be even better if it produced less gas but oh boy does it work well. I haven't been this cleaned out since my last colonoscopy.
