I went in for an operation about 6 weeks ago and I've been on medications. Well the medication unfortunately is causing constipation so I thought I would give mirafast a try. Took two chewables and after 2 hours I went. Well that was not the main event, next day 10 hours later I am emptied out! Feels great! My only gripe, I had a bit of an upset stomach not sure whether it was a product or something else. All around worked pretty good.

These are a game changer for chronic constipation!!! if i could give the effects 5/5 i would…however, i can't stand the flavor. i wish they came in more flavors or something less potent. i would get them and use them every day if it weren't for the flavor.

I bought this and it definitely does work and you actually might like it at first like I did but I promise u the texture and taste after a while makes u wanna vomit like it's just so unpleasant

I LOVE how quick these are, and the chews are delicious!! I'm leaving a two star review though, because they have red 40 in them. For ZERO reason!! Why do they need to be pink? Use beets to color them, the dye is terrible for our bodies, and quite a few of us are allergic to red 40. Please consider taking the dye out of your recipe, and if that's not an option, maybe offer a dye free equivalent? Seriously, delicious and so fast acting!! Sooooo disappointed.

Omg it did work quickly. I pooped within an hour but i cramped so bad i broke out in a cold sweat and imagined it feeling like i was in birthing labor. The cramps I endured were definitely not worth it!!!!
