I would mix it apple juice and was the only way she could use the powder. Mixing it in water almost made her puke! The active ingredient is different and as is the time to work. I'm a long time Miralax powder user. I will say I hate this new product. Everything about it. Bad strong smell and unpleasant taste. But the worst was the texture. When you chew it becomes likely slimy chewing gum. Doesn't really chew up to swallow. Very offensive and I struggled to swallow just one. I plan to toss rest of bag. I'll stick to my tried and true powder version.

Ive only needed to take one but the package says you can take 2 but not to take more than 4 in a 24 hour period. They also don't have a bad aftertaste either which helps.

If it did that would be great because I hate the texture the miralax powder creates. I took the directions but didn't get the same relief.
