This is definitely the best form to take it in however it didn't seem to work as well as the liquids I'm used to taking. It eventually helped but not as quick as some of the other methods. Very great taste thought and I'd still probably use them again

I took 3 of them (you can take up to 4) and they gave me immediate relief in less than 40 minutes. The gummies do have a mixed berry flavor, but there's a slight chalky aftertaste in the background that makes the gummy taste a little bit off. Thankfully it's barely noticeable though, so there's a very good chance that you won't get super grossed out by it while consuming this product. For somebody who's not really the biggest fan of taking liquified supplements, this is the perfect alternative to have on hand if you ever need to reset your gut.

I didn't experience any cramping or discomfort which is great because that's never fun when you're already having digestion issues. They have a nice flavor. Slightly reminiscent of berries. This helped me get on the go again after a long weekend away and poor eating decisions. They work in about the same way as the powder, gentle relief in a few hours with minor cramping, which I also get from the powder.
