These are very convenient and easy to use. The soft chews taste good, so you don't even realize that you're doing something that's good & helpful for your body. Just be mindful of the usage directions. I liked the individually wrapped chews, they look appealing, and are easy to chew. Follow with a large glass of water and let the fun begin! Well, probably not an immediate sense of gratification, but close enough. These worked, um, quickly on my system. I'm sure individual results will vary, but keep that in mind in case you have plans that don't keep you in close vicinity to a bathroom. Overall, I like this product. It's gentle on my system, easy & convenient to use, works nicely. I recommend giving this a try.

These are individually wrapped, so excellent to take with you when traveling. The taste was ok - berry flavored, but like other medicinal berry flavors has a semi fake taste.

I still feel a bit of abdominal cramp but it's not heavy at all. The manufacturer turns laxatives into candy form, which I like. I can keep it in a medication container and take it without explaining what I am taking.

This however, is so easy to take. The chews taste good, and are individually wrapped. I'm so glad Miralax came out with these .
