She usually mixes it with her beverages but says it's “gritty”. These were a nice alternative to the gritty powder. She said they taste fine with no lasting awkward taste. Worked just like the powder does. She has found a new products and says she likes these better.

I've never tried a laxative before now. They have a soft texture with a delicious fruity taste. It says to take with a full glass of water. In less than 30 minutes, I was ready. I find they work the same as the liquid, so usually it's an overnight thing. You still need to remember to drink a full glass of water with them, just like when you take the liquid form.

The chews are very soft. I'm not a fan of the flavor or texture. It's very artificial, and they do have sucrose. They are perfect for on the go. Fit easily in size purse or pocket. I had to brush again to get rid of it, making it less convenient compared to Miralax powder, which is tasteless but slower to work. Give it about 30 minutes for the rumbling to begin. Would be even better if it produced less gas but oh boy does it work well. I haven't been this cleaned out since my last colonoscopy.

They are small rectangle soft chews. I didn't actually need to use these yet but I imagine these would be easier for me to take than a liquid.
