To be completely honest, I did not like the flavor at all. But It did work as said. MiraFAST chews were gentle on my stomach absolutely no cramping like other products. Chewed one before bed and no issues throughout the night. Each chew contains 500mg. Of magnesium. And even though I didn't like the flavor, I will definitely use again when needed. Convenient package with sealing zip top opening. 30 soft chews individually wrapped in package. Easy to toss in purse or bag for discretion if needed.
