The day I went to use them couldn't have been worse. I was already nauseous, but the smell when I opened the bag was horrible! It smelled like fish! I eventually took 2 chews out and opened them. The taste is not much better. I waited for something to happen to no avail. I'm not sure I wanted to take that second dose. I did and still after the maximum dose and lots of water, nothing has happened in my body. I could give them another try another time, but for me they just didn't work. Sorry. It's senna of your powder.

The taste is fine- wouldn't be mad if they chose to make these in a chocolate flavor next. Chew a few at bedtime and it'll work when you wake up. Never a stomach cramp like some other meds can cause. Great product.
