I haven't noticed them to work within 30 minutes like the packaging suggests. They have a great berry taste and aren't too hard to chew. Great small size and each chew is individually wrapped. They're also gentle on the stomach!

Works great but I wish they had better flavors than berry, like let's make green apple or cola or cinnamon (like hot tamale candies).

These are the best for chronic constipation .

I bought this agree first hearing about how quickly results can happen. And....it's true !!! It's wonderful, easy and tasty.

This product does not work for me at ALL. Expensive waste of time.

I have been using Miralax for years now. I tried mirafast and it works just as good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mira fast has a great taste so this does not deter the use whatsoever. The directions say 2-3 chews can be used. I have found that I only need one to get things moving. So I would highly recommend starting with one and only increasing if needed. I would highly recommend.

The chews are very soft. I'm not a fan of the flavor or texture. It's very artificial, and they do have sucrose. They are perfect for on the go. Fit easily in size purse or pocket. They worked well when I tried them with no negative effects. Wish they came in different flavors
