Nothing happened. But I tried again after a couple days and it took 30 mins for things to start moving. So consistency is not its strong suit.

I take meds that make me constipated at times and when I would eat one of these I would wait the recommended time and nothing! So I had to take another laxative on top of them. I wouldn't recommend these to adult women who have actual constipation problems
