You definitely need to drink the glass of water with it, they have a weird after taste. They don't give you a stomach ache or make you feel sick at all. It really is a gentle way to help move things along.

I haven't noticed them to work within 30 minutes like the packaging suggests. They have a great berry taste and aren't too hard to chew. Great small size and each chew is individually wrapped. Fast acting result that helps alleviate constipation within hours. On my first try, i got diarrhea after 8 hours of taking the Mirafast chews, i don't know if it was too effective and turned constipation into diarrhea. But it worked well any way.
