I thought they might have a sweet berry flavor, but they had a chalky taste that overpowered any semblance of berry. They kind of tasted like chemicals, and I also didn't notice any difference. Having a hard time going? Pop one of these chews which taste great by the way. They are a mixed berry flavor without the chalkiness of tablets. They did provide gentle relief within an hour, but can work as quickly as 30 minutes. Don't suffer grab a fast chew and get relief.

I'm a busy, active person who sometimes doesn't have a full day when I need to take them. These smell and taste delicious. They work in a much smaller window of time. If you are shy about your problems, they are great for on the go and look like candy!

I like that these chews are individually wrapped, and they are not overly sweet, but I wish the serving size were smaller. The mixed berry taste is pretty good, but it's hard to eat 2-4 of them when my stomach is upset. I've only been taking two as needed, so it's taking a little longer to work, but they are effective. I haven't experienced any cramping, or unpleasant side effects, but when they kick in, I definitely need to be near a toilet! Because of the format, I wouldn't use this laxative product for occasions of severe constipation, but I'd buy these again for times when I'm just wanting to soften my stool for an easier time in the bathroom.

I didn't experience any cramping or discomfort which is great because that's never fun when you're already having digestion issues. As far as the chews themselves go, I like that they're all individually wrapped. Makes it easy to carry with me while traveling. They smell amazing. I could smell the sweet berry scent as soon as I opened the package. They taste pretty good but they tend to have a gummy texture, almost like taffy. So if you're looking for a discreet, compact, and tasty way to relieve your constipation, I'd suggest giving the MiraFast soft chews a shot.

Due to medication I take these are almost a necessity for me every so often. They taste good and don't leave a bad aftertaste out chalky feeling. They dissolve pretty easily. They worked for me within 2 hours. I did get a little bit of had cramps at first but nothing painful. Those symptoms will be different for everyone depending on their own issues.
