This is definitely the best form to take it in however it didn't seem to work as well as the liquids I'm used to taking. It eventually helped but not as quick as some of the other methods. Very great taste thought and I'd still probably use them again

The chews are very soft. I'm not a fan of the flavor or texture. It's very artificial, and they do have sucrose. They are perfect for on the go. Fit easily in size purse or pocket. They worked well when I tried them with no negative effects. Wish they came in different flavors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a good flavor Like candy, I don't like the fact that you have to take 4 to have fast acting relive, and if you take one nothing happens, keep in mind I used just a couple of times, I don't think I will buy it, and if you want to try just don't expect to get fast relive, I don't think I will recommend, I got it because the magnesium but is not so effective on this presentation.

The flavor is not overbearing at all. They are great because I can take them with me when I visit family. They do not cause me to feel bloated at all.

These worked gently to get things moving. I took three (2-4 is recommended) and a few hours later I was able to go. It was generally a normal consistency and it wasn't painful. The flavor is supposed to be berry like but I found them to be bland, which is fine. Drink lots of water with these and you'll be fine. Keep them away from children as they do look like candy. That's my only complaint is that they're not in a kid proof package. They're individually wrapped though. I'm glad I got these to try. I'm converted for sure!

I like these better than the powder and would definitely buy them again. My mom was the one who tried it out. She took it at 11 pm and had to go by 7 am.
