Due to medication I take these are almost a necessity for me every so often. They taste good and don't leave a bad aftertaste out chalky feeling. They dissolve pretty easily. They also taste really good too. I was worried about the flavor but they are sweet and almost candy like. I also appreciate that they are small and easy to chew. I took one of these chews which were pretty tasty and chewy like the name states. I thought it worked pretty quickly, but it is hard to say if I was going to have a bowel movement naturally already. I didn't get any cramps. I would definitely continue to use these if needed.
