It's almost like chewing gum but obviously these dissolve! They are very easy to chew and super soft! However with all that said i didn't have much success with these but i only took a day so ill give it a few more and update! I will say if taste is a big thing for you then these are perfect

These are easy for on the go. These also have a different laxative in them than the powder drink version. I was surprised at how fast this worked! I will definitely be buying these as needed in the future.

This however, is so easy to take. The chews taste good, and are individually wrapped. I'm so glad Miralax came out with these .

However it does work and doesnt cause as significant cramping as a dulcalax. I did feel slightly bloated and have minor cramping but it was not as bad. Relief was good but I still felt a bit bloated after. I would continue to use if I had issues. I think I still prefer the original tasteless mix in to add to drinks but this was a good alternative.
