This helped get things moving along when things weren't naturally moving along on their own. Didn't experience any discomfort or additional bloating from taking these. Taste so-so, but I imagine more pleasant than drinking a solution and flavors isn't really a factor for me when judging medicine. Worked subtly which is exactly what I was hoping for. Will use again as needed.

It tastes good and was quick and easy to use anywhere. The problem is that it didn't work. I ended up having to take regular Miralax the next day. I tried it twice and neither time did it work. Maybe I'll try it again but use two of them, though for this review I used only one as directed.

When two were taken there was more gas and stomach cramps and then going to the bathroom off and on all day in bits. Was not as affecting as it was labeled. As for taste wise it was very sweat and delicious

I was able to have a bowel movement shortly after ingesting one of these chews. The mixed berry taste is a lot better than the liquid that is for sure!
