I love how they are packed individually so you can take just what you need and keep the rest fresh on their package. The flavor is surprisingly good in comparison with other constipation medicine. I loved the berry flavor and how yummy they were. I ate 2 and little after I already started feeling the effect. I definitely recommend.

I😂 I typically use the powder, so when I saw it came in a chewable form I jumped at the chance to try them. The individual packaging is great for on the go! I like that these chews are individually wrapped, and they are not overly sweet, but I wish the serving size were smaller. The mixed berry taste is pretty good, but it's hard to eat 2-4 of them when my stomach is upset. I've only been taking two as needed, so it's taking a little longer to work, but they are effective. I haven't experienced any cramping, or unpleasant side effects, but when they kick in, I definitely need to be near a toilet! Because of the format, I wouldn't use this laxative product for occasions of severe constipation, but I'd buy these again for times when I'm just wanting to soften my stool for an easier time in the bathroom.

It was almost like putting a piece of chewing gum in my mouth at first. I had no problem going to the bathroom this morning. The directions say take two and I notice relief in about 4 hours. I did not have any side effects such as cramping. This is a good brand and if you're in need of relief this is the easy and best tasting way to go. I recommend.

Fast acting result that helps alleviate constipation within hours. On my first try, i got diarrhea after 8 hours of taking the Mirafast chews, i don't know if it was too effective and turned constipation into diarrhea. But it worked well any way.
