However it does work and doesnt cause as significant cramping as a dulcalax. I did feel slightly bloated and have minor cramping but it was not as bad. Relief was good but I still felt a bit bloated after. I would continue to use if I had issues. I think I still prefer the original tasteless mix in to add to drinks but this was a good alternative.

The directions say take two and I notice relief in about 4 hours. I did not have any side effects such as cramping. This is a good brand and if you're in need of relief this is the easy and best tasting way to go. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received this product for free for my honest review. These gummies worked exactly like they're supposed to. I took 3 of them (you can take up to 4) and they gave me immediate relief in less than 40 minutes. The gummies do have a mixed berry flavor, but there's a slight chalky aftertaste in the background that makes the gummy taste a little bit off. Thankfully it's barely noticeable though, so there's a very good chance that you won't get super grossed out by it while consuming this product. For somebody who's not really the biggest fan of taking liquified supplements, this is the perfect alternative to have on hand if you ever need to reset your gut.

Give it about 30 minutes for the rumbling to begin. Would be even better if it produced less gas but oh boy does it work well. I haven't been this cleaned out since my last colonoscopy.

Not sure I will continue to use these but if you need something to help you and have trouble taking pills this is a working option.

She usually mixes it with her beverages but says it's “gritty”. These were a nice alternative to the gritty powder. She said they taste fine with no lasting awkward taste. Worked just like the powder does. She has found a new products and says she likes these better.

The taste was good but seemed a bit sweet (4 stars). Much better tasting than MOM or even the MiraLAX powder. I've seen reviews about this being chalky but I didn't notice that. These are a great alternative for kids too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the directions for use as it said take 2-4 chews base on my age group. So I took 2. Drank a glass water afterward as directed. It also says “may feel relief in 30 min to 6 hours”. They were correct. 30minutes for the first “relief” and then again. And again. And the next morning. And the next afternoon. Shew! These little chews will definitely get you cleaned out. I suffer from mild constipation based on different foods I eat and timing of cycle. These will be a game changer to know I can get relief within 1 hour. Just beware when you first give them a try… I'd probably suggest trying them at home first time around :)
