I😂 I typically use the powder, so when I saw it came in a chewable form I jumped at the chance to try them. The individual packaging is great for on the go! Definitely remember to take with a full glass of water. There's plenty in the package. I'm not sure we will need them all before they expire but it's good to know we have them if we do. So far we've had no issue with them getting harder over time since the package does reseal. If you have a need for this type of product, I would say get these!

It did produce results and maybe it will work faster to take a full chew. It also has a chalky taste even though it's a soft chew. It gets the job done but I prefer MiraLax.

Due to medication I take these are almost a necessity for me every so often. They taste good and don't leave a bad aftertaste out chalky feeling. They dissolve pretty easily. They worked for me within 2 hours. I did get a little bit of had cramps at first but nothing painful. Those symptoms will be different for everyone depending on their own issues.
