Make sure to follow the directions because a little goes a long way. I took 2 and drank a glass of water (8oz.) every half hour. By the third glass, it kicked in. I was done in two visits to the throne room and got a full night's sleep. They taste pretty good and a lot less messier than its powder version. Great product for the cost. Ziploc seal allows to freshness.

I took 3 of them (you can take up to 4) and they gave me immediate relief in less than 40 minutes. The gummies do have a mixed berry flavor, but there's a slight chalky aftertaste in the background that makes the gummy taste a little bit off. Thankfully it's barely noticeable though, so there's a very good chance that you won't get super grossed out by it while consuming this product. These worked gently to get things moving. I took three (2-4 is recommended) and a few hours later I was able to go. It was generally a normal consistency and it wasn't painful. The flavor is supposed to be berry like but I found them to be bland, which is fine. Drink lots of water with these and you'll be fine. Keep them away from children as they do look like candy. That's my only complaint is that they're not in a kid proof package. They're individually wrapped though. I'm glad I got these to try. I'm converted for sure!

I seem to have a bit more gas and cramping with this over the powdered form. I will probably go back to the original product after I finish these.

Give it about 30 minutes for the rumbling to begin. Would be even better if it produced less gas but oh boy does it work well. I haven't been this cleaned out since my last colonoscopy.
