This helped get things moving along when things weren't naturally moving along on their own. Didn't experience any discomfort or additional bloating from taking these. Taste so-so, but I imagine more pleasant than drinking a solution and flavors isn't really a factor for me when judging medicine. Worked subtly which is exactly what I was hoping for. Will use again as needed.

I didn't experience any cramping or discomfort which is great because that's never fun when you're already having digestion issues. As far as the chews themselves go, I like that they're all individually wrapped. Makes it easy to carry with me while traveling. They smell amazing. I could smell the sweet berry scent as soon as I opened the package. They taste pretty good but they tend to have a gummy texture, almost like taffy. So if you're looking for a discreet, compact, and tasty way to relieve your constipation, I'd suggest giving the MiraFast soft chews a shot.

If it did that would be great because I hate the texture the miralax powder creates. I took the directions but didn't get the same relief. I still give a high review because it's different for everyone. I wasn't expecting different ingredients than the powder kind. Give it a shot. More convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've taken this product several times as I use to use the powder version of it, first off it taste great and is easy to take because they are tasty chews. I take maintenance medication that causes constipation at times and the Mirafast has been so good. It's gentle relief no cramps and stimulant free, it works in 30 minutes to 6 hours and most importantly it works naturally with your body so again gentle. The bag has 30 chews and mine was mixed berry flavor. If you have constipation problems for whatever the reason I definitely recommend the Mirafast they are individually wrapped so easy for on the go as well unlike a powder.

It's almost like chewing gum but obviously these dissolve! They are very easy to chew and super soft! However with all that said i didn't have much success with these but i only took a day so ill give it a few more and update! I will say if taste is a big thing for you then these are perfect

However it does work and doesnt cause as significant cramping as a dulcalax. I did feel slightly bloated and have minor cramping but it was not as bad. Relief was good but I still felt a bit bloated after. I would continue to use if I had issues. I think I still prefer the original tasteless mix in to add to drinks but this was a good alternative.

They work in about the same way as the powder, gentle relief in a few hours with minor cramping, which I also get from the powder.
