I did not get any cramping. I do not take them consistently, only on occasions. These will definitely be kept in my medicine cabinet at all times. I would highly recommend them.

These worked gently to get things moving. I took three (2-4 is recommended) and a few hours later I was able to go. It was generally a normal consistency and it wasn't painful. The flavor is supposed to be berry like but I found them to be bland, which is fine. Drink lots of water with these and you'll be fine. Keep them away from children as they do look like candy. That's my only complaint is that they're not in a kid proof package. They're individually wrapped though. I'm glad I got these to try. I'm converted for sure!

I love how they are packed individually so you can take just what you need and keep the rest fresh on their package. The flavor is surprisingly good in comparison with other constipation medicine.
