[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes i need a little extra help and i've always used Miralax powder that you mix in water so im excited that they made soft chews too. For me this is an easier and convenient solution on the go . They taste just fine, i tried the mixed berry. Only two chews and i had relief in a few hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Mirafast soft chews laxative and I must say I'm impressed. Each laxative is individually wrapped which makes it much easier to take on the go. They have a great tasting berry flavor that doesn't leave an aftertaste. I took 2 of the chews and experienced relief in about 1-1.5 hrs. These are very gentle and I didn't experience any urgency, cramping, or discomfort. Much easier to deal with than the powder form. Definitely recommend if needing gentle, fast relief!

After taking the recommended dose there was no relief within the specified timeframe. The soft chews take a while to chew and dissolve so you can swallow. They have a slight chalky taste that is tolerable and would be a great option for individuals who have difficulty swallowing pills.

However, I didn't find it nearly as effective as just drinking the normal miralax. I can say it did taste good. Starburst like candy texture to it.
