I didn't get any cramps at all which I usually get with other brands. It worked its magic within 40 minutes! The Mixed Berry flavor is awesome! Definitely recommend for gentle relief!

They are small rectangle soft chews. I didn't actually need to use these yet but I imagine these would be easier for me to take than a liquid.

You definitely need to drink the glass of water with it, they have a weird after taste. They don't give you a stomach ache or make you feel sick at all. It really is a gentle way to help move things along.

It is made by miralax and it is a soft chew so it is easy to take as well no bulky chalky pill or liquid to try to swallow but a berry flavored soft chew. It is effective and gets the job done. They are super easy to take and don't have a horrible taste. I'd have to imagine that they are easier to take than the liquid or powder forms. So if ya need help in this area, these are a solid purchase.

However it does work and doesnt cause as significant cramping as a dulcalax. I did feel slightly bloated and have minor cramping but it was not as bad. Relief was good but I still felt a bit bloated after. I would continue to use if I had issues. I think I still prefer the original tasteless mix in to add to drinks but this was a good alternative.
