I had gentle relief within a few hours. I would definitely buy these as they did not make my stomach cramp, nor did they give me diarrhea which I've experienced in the past with laxatives. The active ingredient is different and as is the time to work. I'm a long time Miralax powder user. I will say I hate this new product. Everything about it. Bad strong smell and unpleasant taste. But the worst was the texture. When you chew it becomes likely slimy chewing gum. Doesn't really chew up to swallow. Very offensive and I struggled to swallow just one. I plan to toss rest of bag. I'll stick to my tried and true powder version.

They are super easy to take and don't have a horrible taste. I'd have to imagine that they are easier to take than the liquid or powder forms. I took one of these chews which were pretty tasty and chewy like the name states. I thought it worked pretty quickly, but it is hard to say if I was going to have a bowel movement naturally already.
