The chews are very soft. I'm not a fan of the flavor or texture. It's very artificial, and they do have sucrose. They are perfect for on the go. Fit easily in size purse or pocket. They taste good you can carry them in your purse without having to keep a cooler and honestly I used it at night and the other day I had to use the bathroom, it really does its job, they don't give you pain, I recommend it.
