[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never tried Miralax before so I wasn't sure how much I should take the 1st time. I started with 2 chews around 6pm. Nothing but gas until I took a 2nd dose the next morning around 8am. They have a nice taste and chew easily.

So make sure to place then in a safe place. Depending on your need, the packaging states 1 to 3 units may be taken.

The active ingredient is different and as is the time to work. I'm a long time Miralax powder user. I will say I hate this new product. Everything about it. Bad strong smell and unpleasant taste. But the worst was the texture. When you chew it becomes likely slimy chewing gum. Doesn't really chew up to swallow. Very offensive and I struggled to swallow just one. I plan to toss rest of bag. I'll stick to my tried and true powder version.

They also didn't make me feel sick at all, just a little gassy. My only complaint is that they use artificial coloring.

Ive only needed to take one but the package says you can take 2 but not to take more than 4 in a 24 hour period. They also don't have a bad aftertaste either which helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Magnesium hydroxide is the main ingredient in this gentle constipation relief I was a little wary that the relief is 30 minutes up to six hours. I really felt like I had to sit time aside and be at home for when I may experience relief. It seemed to work pretty well no stomach pain, nausea, and helped to produce a bowel movement in a couple hours.
