[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on the toilet 30 minutes after taking them! They are very effective and quick working. They do taste terrible and have a fishy after taste. It's a struggle to get them down but once you do you'll be on the toilet.

They are small rectangle soft chews. I didn't actually need to use these yet but I imagine these would be easier for me to take than a liquid.

Fast acting result that helps alleviate constipation within hours. On my first try, i got diarrhea after 8 hours of taking the Mirafast chews, i don't know if it was too effective and turned constipation into diarrhea. But it worked well any way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried MiraFast by Miralax for a bout of occasional constipation. I took one fruit chew and within 2 hours was feeling much better. I tend to be sensitive to supplements and medications so 1 chew was all I needed. The constipation was alleviated without any uncomfortable side effects like cramps or belly “gurgling” which are common with many laxatives. The flavor of the chews is pleasant and fruity. I will definitely keep MiraFast on hand for future use. I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion.

You definitely need to drink the glass of water with it, they have a weird after taste. They don't give you a stomach ache or make you feel sick at all. It really is a gentle way to help move things along.

When two were taken there was more gas and stomach cramps and then going to the bathroom off and on all day in bits. Was not as affecting as it was labeled. As for taste wise it was very sweat and delicious
