However it does work and doesnt cause as significant cramping as a dulcalax. I did feel slightly bloated and have minor cramping but it was not as bad. Relief was good but I still felt a bit bloated after. I would continue to use if I had issues. I think I still prefer the original tasteless mix in to add to drinks but this was a good alternative.

The texture is like bubble gum….that never ends. I'm not sure if it was the texture or the flavor, but I would likely not purchase these in the future.
