Love the sleek look and the wattage is amazing! It occasionally does weird stuff instead of just hitting the 2 button for a 2 minute warm up, it will ask us a question about the food and not let us continue. We are able to somehow get it back to the quick buttons somehow.

WORST PURCHASE OF ANY KIND I EVER MADE. DIED 3RD DAY AFTER MINIMAL USE HEATING FOOD A COUPLE OF TIMES FOR FIVE MINUTES MAX AT 50% POWER. HAD TO DESTROY PACKING CARTON IN PROCESS OF EXTRICATING THIS GE COUNTERTOP MICROWAVE UNIT. REPLACED 16 YEAR OLD SEARS KENMORE MICROWAVE, WHICH LASTED OVER 5800 DAYS. GE EXECUTIVES DESERVE TO BURN IN HELL FOR MANUFACTURING AND SELLING GARBAGE LIKE THIS!!!!!

It seems well made, for example the door button and door hinges seem sturdy unlike other brands we considered. My only gripe is the keypad fonts are gray on a black background, not offering much contrast, so hard to see in low light. These fonts would be better if they were white.

Purchased a he microwave in January 2010 when we moved into our new home. First the light went out after 8 years. Then the turntable would work properly while heating and stop turning when done. Open the door and turntable would start turning! Still heating properly so no big deal. Then last week I had to bump the door upwards for the latch to open it! 16 years! Still heats! Replaced with as near identical oven as I could. Thank you for making a great appliance! Hope this new one measures up to the previous!!!

So much better than my last microwave! Less wattage, but seems like it cooks faster. Smaller capacity than my old one, but it's perfect! Foods defrost perfectly on the defrost cycle too!

Unilluminated, dark colored fonts/numbers on the black background control panel makes it very difficul to read and operate the unit. Too bad I missed all of the similar negative comments this product has received here. GE could have done better.

Affordable, good size and power. Previous exact model lasted 8-10 years. Like new open safety feature , doorlock for preventing accidental spills/burns

Nice microwave. My only complaint is the control panel: it is so dark we literally need to get a flashlight to read the settings!
