Display is unreadable

The clock display Is virtually unreadable it is so dim

Can't read panel

The microwave works well but you can't read the panel. the only thing that lights up is the time!

Microwave

You have apply too much pressure for selections. I like the lock feature.

It can be normal to notice the control panel require firm presses for actuation. We recommend trying an electronic reset if the control panel seems unresponsive. You can reset by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in.
