[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had previously purchased this model GE microwave. When it recently failed (after heavy, daily use for 10+ years), we didn't hesitate to purchase a new one. Pleased? You bet!

Great product but i dont think it will last 18 years like my old one.

You have apply too much pressure for selections. I like the lock feature.
