Maybe you need a little more time to see better results. The good thing is that it is a daily dose, you don't have to stuff yourself with capsules, only one daily.

I took them as it says i thought maybe it was new so my stomach had to get use to them so i tried to take them again for a few days and nothing changed gave me god awful stomach pains and made me very nauseous!
