I feel like I can digest foods better, but I couldn’t digest easily before like garlic and onions. The ingredients are not bad and there are probiotics and probiotics I would continue this supplement

It was perfect for me in that it supports the gut after antibiotic usage and I had just finished treatment. I take one capsule a day and never on an empty stomach. The capsule has a peppermint scent as it is one of the ingredients in the capsule. The product can have side affects such as bloating and an upset stomach as your body adjusts.

After you take the capsule, you can see the debloating within 15 minutes or so. The ingredients also don’t include many of the common allergies. Overall, I highly recommend this probiotic!

When I got this campaign I was more scared than happy and it was so worth it. I was able to eat brocoli and beans with no gas or pain; but to me what did the job was speeding up a bit my metabolism.

I did experience a little aftertaste a couple of times but when taken before eating a full meal, they provided relief from bloating and belly pain. Easy to store, I just keep in a cool cupboard.
