These capsules are supposed to help break down food molecules as well as support healthy gut function. The capsules are not too big and easy to take for the most part. I did not notice any unpleasant odor or after taste. The capsules are formulated with 16 enzymes and 2B CFU’s of Probiotics. They are also formulated without dairy, soy, wheat, peanuts, GMO’s shellfish, fish, eggs, sesame, color additives, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. The duration of each capsule seems to be per meal since the directions say 1 capsule right before, during or after a meal. Overall these capsules seem like a good addition to our self care maintenance.

The packaging is simple and easy to read. Assists with gut and digestion which helps break down food. I store these in my nightstand with my other vitamins. These did assist my digestive system.

Maybe you need a little more time to see better results. The good thing is that it is a daily dose, you don’t have to stuff yourself with capsules, only one daily.
