After you take the capsule, you can see the debloating within 15 minutes or so. The ingredients also don't include many of the common allergies. Overall, I highly recommend this probiotic!

I only need to take this one pill right after or before meal what I really like about it is that there is no aftertaste and after just taking it for two days, I can see it starting to take a fact my body is definitely absorbing whatever this is and working really well one last thing I will say I give them credit is the smell nothing here smells bad typically these types of pills can have a weird smell. This is not super excited to see this quickly working with me
