This helped my husband a lot he has had a hard time coming off his GLP1. It helped his digestion get back on track. However I didn’t notice much change for me.

I took them as it says i thought maybe it was new so my stomach had to get use to them so i tried to take them again for a few days and nothing changed gave me god awful stomach pains and made me very nauseous! Not everything works the same for others what doesn't work for me could work great for others. The ingredients is all good ingredients which is why i didn't give it completely no stars because these really could be great for some people!

I started to prove because I have appeared in inflammation because it makes it difficult for me to go to the bathroom... they do work once I have not had negative reactions to them... they came very packaged and protected and super easy to store.
