So far they seem to be helping and hopefully it continues to do so. I usually like to give a product a full 30 days to see the full effects it may have. When I eat ice-cream or any fried foods that cause my stomach to hurt. I take enzymes they really help stop stomach discomfort. They taste and smell like mint and are easy to swallow.

I was recently diagnosed with a digestive issue involving imbalanced gut flora, and every time I ate was having bloating, pain, gas, etc. Taking these digestive enzymes/prebiotics/probiotics with each meal have offered me some great relief while I wait for antibiotics to take effect. And they don't smell bad! I was a little nervous about the inulin as that can exacerbate gas but had no issues with these. Woohoo!

There is a slight herb scent to this capsule, but it's hardly noticeable. I much prefer the herb scent over how some of my other vitamins smell and taste. The capsule is very small, easy to swallow, and allows for a swift absorption. There's a ton in the bottle for the price. It will surely last me a long time between purchases. I experienced no crazy aftertaste or upset stomach after taking this which left me at ease.
