I couldn't tell a difference, so my assumption is that they work just as well as my usual. I'd buy these and put them in my regular weekly routine without question.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don't forget to take them with a meal. Also they smell minty, fresh, and a little earthy. These are great if you need to add probiotics into your diet! I typically take one right before a meal and have had significantly less issues with bloating and upset stomach. The capsule is relatively small and tasteless. I'll continue to use these before heavy meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does work but the pills are just so large I can't give this 5 stars. It's impossible for me to swallow them unfortunately. I can't do it some times, but not all of the times. Please just make them smaller and I'll take two.

Had a hard time getting the pills down because they're huge and nasty and I don't think I felt better after any of them I took. I would say it might work for extreme indigestion but for me, I don't think it had a huge impact.

However I'm not sure if that was the pills or the fact that I was eating better because of taking the pills. The pills have no taste but they are quite large, I do not have any issue taking large pills but if someone else does this could be a drawback. The packaging is clean with straight forward directions however you have to take a lot of pills in a day and sometimes this is hard to keep up with, having to take one every time you eat something. So there are drawbacks and advantages with this supplement. For me the drawbacks outweighed the advantages. For someone with more serious stomach issues and bloating this could be the perfect answer but for someone with occasional bloating and less serious stomach issues its hard to keep up with and a little overwhelming with little reward. So its up to you and your individual needs.
