The best thing, though, is how it worked after you ate. I had food poisoning and by chance decided to take two of them and it worked. I was surprised but it helped get whatever it was out of me.

I haven't noticed a huge difference, but my stomach doesn't seem to be as sensitive to coffee as it was before the switch. Hard to know if it is coincidental or not, but I haven't noticed anything getting worse with the switch, so I feel it is doing just as well as my previous probiotic, which I really liked.
