I took one pill after dinner every day and definitely noticed a decrease in my bloating afterwards. It looks big but it went down pretty smoothly with only a slight earthy taste. However, be careful when you take these because it did sometimes cause too loose of stool for me!

I did experience a little aftertaste a couple of times but when taken before eating a full meal, they provided relief from bloating and belly pain. Easy to store, I just keep in a cool cupboard.

It was perfect for me in that it supports the gut after antibiotic usage and I had just finished treatment. I take one capsule a day and never on an empty stomach. The capsule has a peppermint scent as it is one of the ingredients in the capsule. The product can have side affects such as bloating and an upset stomach as your body adjusts.

I try to eat health most days of the week so I think my digestion is pretty good. But I did notice that I seemed to experience more gas than usual after taking it for a few days. I'd say that it's sign that it's working as advertised. The dosage frequency is just one capsule around mealtime. They are small, easy to swallow and with no unpleasant smell.
