The ingredients are all clean and really noticed a difference with bloating when I take them consistently vs when I don’t take them at all. So far it’s been about a month and makes such a big difference.

I feel less heavy and uncomfortable after meals. It's easy to take and doesn't have any weird or gross aftertaste. I like that you only have to take one capsule and I prefer to take it after eating supper.

I can't say that they have been helping me go to the bathroom a little more regularly. My stomach feels a lot better when I use them, but I can't entirely say anything what they're effectiveness. The pill itself is very large and a little difficult to swallow.

And so far so good I have not seen or felt any changes so far and has not given any side effects. The capsules are easy to digest and does not irritate my stomach. I usually take it after a meal.

The pills are a normal capsule size & generally easy to swallow. I feel that gut health is something to prioritize so these are a great addition. I've had less issues while taking these, so I will continue using them after meals for more long term benefit (:
