It was perfect for me in that it supports the gut after antibiotic usage and I had just finished treatment. I take one capsule a day and never on an empty stomach. The capsule has a peppermint scent as it is one of the ingredients in the capsule. The product can have side affects such as bloating and an upset stomach as your body adjusts.

But this one definitely helped what I felt like was getting my metabolism going. I don't love the taste of these type pills - they taste over saturated with soil, but overall I felt like they helped with metabolism and bloating which is a wonderful goal to find in a probiotic. I will continue taking them, but might bounce around to other probiotics and come back to this one again after a little break. Overall, I do recommend giving them a try for yourself!
