This is actually an improvement from the brand I usually buy as it also has prebiotics. This is great for digestion and in the week I've taken it, my digestive mechanism has been on point, no bloating and my bowel movements steady.

In the past anesthesia and any procedure in my abdominal area have slowed my digestive system way down. I started taking these enzymes the day after, and after meals that were a little bit heavier, such as pasta that I was concerned me, cause a bit of discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised with how well these worked. I had no extra stomach pain, pains or digestive pain pains, and they even seem to help a bit with the bloating that I was experiencing from the surgery.
