It does a decent job, but I cant take in the evening due to the caffeine content. And my normal go-to does a better job with back & cramp pain. I wont be buying this one, but its not bad. Just not for me.

I find it much more convenient than regular go packs! I will definitely buy these again. They're great for travel!

It is really the only thing that helps me with PMS symptoms like cramps, bloating, backaches, and headaches. When they offered to send me a sample of their new Midol Complete On the Go I was excited to give it a whirl. It came just in time (if you know what I mean) and is perfect to stash in my purse.

That way, youre always covered everywhere you go. I was very satisfied with this product and Midol is definitely the leading brand to stop uncomfortably periods .

I throw these little packs into my purse and use them the first couple days of my cycle. They help get rid of cramping and bloating. I will continue to purchase them in the future.

If I happen to remember to put it in the car or my purse I them forget to bring it back in. So, I have made myself to remember to add these packages to my glovebox. Because, honestly I do not need a whole bottle of Midol in my vehicle! I especially love when my meds are gel coated. It helps from the chalky taste of meds and makes it a lot easier to wash down!

The to-go packets are much faster b to use. I love how fast my symptoms went away after taking this. I carry these around everywhere i go. The packets are small and can be hidden anywhere i choose.

I usually get really bad cramps were it can take u to hour for the cramping to go away. With misil it did the opposite with in 15 minutes my cramps were gone and lasted me at least 12 hours were I didnt have to take anything again. I highly recommend these!!!
