[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I am pleasantly surprised. I have HORRIBLE period cramps, like insanely bad every month. Typically I grab the Aleve or even sometimes something stronger. So I have been pleasantly surprised that this product has reduced my cramps as well as given me a bit of energy and overall made me feel much better. This product might be my new go to for period symptom relief!

I don’t usually get cramps but I started to the last few months and it really helps with cramping. I also get back pains and didn’t realize it would help with that but midol does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so I love these little pouches. as someone with chronic illness I have about a million rescue meds to carry around and carrying another full bottle of something is just frustrating. always grabbing the wrong bottle when I'm working and trying to just stick my hand in and go with it. this solves that problem. the bright color makes it easy to see and the slim design means it doesnt take up a lot of space!

My cramping went away but I started to get jittery since Im sensitive to medication that has caffeine in it. I would not recommend these if you do have sensitivity to caffeine. There is an alternative, you can take the Midol that is caffeine free .

I typically have extremely painful cramps and back pain during my time of the month and this stuff goes to work and fast! Also helps with headaches and bloating too which is another great plus. The pills themself are relatively small so they’re easy to swallow too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free in order for an honest review. I think the time of the month always takes a toll on me. My period lasts about a week with the first 4 days being the worst. I get really bad bloating and cramps. These helped take some of the pain away but not all. It is a great relief for a little and easy to take on the go.
