It wasnt as effective as i wanted it to be. It also gave me a hard time sleeping because of the caffeine in it. I liked ogher brands more.

To me this product works better for headaches than it does cramps. I have tried everything for cramps and nothing has worked.

Not bad to keep in your purse when you're in a jam. I get painful cramps, and I wouldn't say it's fast acting but it does eventually work
