Gives me the relief I need from my cramps. Would deff use again! 10/10 recommend!!! If you haven’t tried this you should deff try it! I normally used to use Tylenol. It worked, but it didn’t work as good as this product.

It wasnt as effective as i wanted it to be. It also gave me a hard time sleeping because of the caffeine in it. I liked ogher brands more.
