You’re able to tear the packet open with your hand, it’s a lil harder but doable. It did provide me with quick relief from my cramps and it lasted most of the day!

Every time i am about to start my period i feel horrible, i get headaches, body aches and bloated. My voxbox came right in time and these gelcaps have worked wonders. I would think having the tear on the side of the package would be a little bit more accessible but thats just my opinion. Other than that its Midol! It does the job. I would take two of the caplets and it would kick in in about 30 minutes and last for a few hours. Thats definitely a plus. Also with the luxury of having a small single dose package you dont have to dig in your purse to find these pills!
