I don't know how I didn't try Midol sooner, but oh my god, this stuff has changed my life. It's the only thing that has really worked for me when I'm having bad cramps. It's pain relief, antihistamine and caffeine, what more could you ask for? And these little packets are especially convenient, I always keep one in my wallet, just in case! Sidenote but the box turns into a little dispenser for them too which is just neat.

I did review the main box already. They work well for cramps and fatigue. I dont feel like they get rid of my bloating but do help with the feeling of bloating.

I literally got my sample from influenster just in time lol. During the first day or two of my period I usually experience some bloating and cramping that I cannot tolerate and when I take the Midol Complete it never fails me. This stuff is necessary when you have cramps.
