The cuts aren't all the same but close. It does have a lot of fat that needs trimmed, but I didn't mind. The chicken cooks well and came out juicy!

Then flipped them over to finish cooking them through. Each thigh is large enough for a good portion and there’s plenty of chicken thighs in the package so I can meal prep for several weeks. The packaging for this product has changed and it is horrible. You cannot see the chicken becase it is all squeezed into a bag. When I opened the bag, the chicken was not whole thighs as I usually purchase. The chicken thighs were ripped apart into uneven chunks and looked like they were destroyed by a machine. DO NOT BUY.
