Packaging is bad. Can't see the product, unlike the prior packaging. Butchering is dreadful. It's not a chicken thigh if it's packaged in small pieces or as half a thigh. Sams need to get rid of this supplier.

New packaging is terrible and messy. Chicken thighs are inconsistent in size - some are not even full thighs but just pieces of thighs. Please go back to the old packaging where you could see what you're buying.

Bring back the old packaging with the trays. This chicken stinks and the quality is terrible. Won’t purchase chicken from Sam’s Club until this gets fixed.

The packaging is convenient but they are ripping us off with the chicken. Its small and is definitely not worth the price. I can get more for less at Aldi

The packaging is horrible. It's impossible to inspect the product or know how many are in it. The pack I got looked as if it was butchered by a child. I will not buy chicken in this packaging again.
