I cooked it at 375 for five minutes and then flipped the tuna burger over and cooked an additional 6 minutes. It still was kind of gray/pinkish color. I cooked it for an additional 3 more minutes. It tasted mushy to me. Reminded me of my cats pate food. I'm not a fan of this tuna burger . It didn't have much flavor and the texture was too mushy.
