The concept is great since you can move around when it is on unlike a heating pad. It's not very warm, but decent. My problem was it won't lay flat unless I hold it. Didn't work for me. Heating pad is better. Returned.

I love these heat wraps. It truly does last for nearly 16 hours and releases the muscle tension in my neck and shoulder. I like that they have changed to having less paper on the back, now only covering the sticky tabs.
