Bought and received the Duo about two weeks ago and we're in coffee heaven, full pot in the morning and a quick cup anytime during the day/evening.....super happy

My previous Keurig with the double functions had the heating plate go out- blessing in disguise as I ordered the k e with the pot preset. Live it.

We love our new Keurig for the simplicity and that we are able to use it for *a pot of coffee or *a single cup of coffee or *a cold brew.

I have been using it now for two weeks and after some adjustments to my coffee making routine, I a well pleased.

Just bought generation two duo and it burnt out in less than one month still waiting for a replacement.
