So far I have been very pleased with the coffee maker. I like the clear and straightforward control panel. The single water tank and its ease of use. The new water sprayer design makes a difference in the quality and taste of coffee in either the carafe or single pod. I purchased stainless steel individual reusable cups that are great. All in all I am really pleased with my purchase.

pleased - exactly what we expected

The unit is exactly what we expected - simple & works well, looks nice on the countertop, easy to figure out. There is no water filter included if you’d expect it to be - we use our Culligan filtered water anyway. Hoping this unit lasts awhile. We previously had one of the single K cup brewers & it stopped working after about 7 months.

Better than Gen 1

I purchased the coffee maker after my Gen 1 decided to go flakey on me, by not dispensing the same number of ounces I selected. Instead of 12 cups in the carafe I would get any amount other than 12. same with cups. The Gen 2 is so much better. I like the instant response rather than waiting for it to heat the water, before dispensing. I now get consistent amounts of beverages. At this point in time I am very happy with my purchase. That being said, I am disappointed that the coffee maker didn't come with a water filter, no was any mention of one in the literature. Also, when I want to switch from coffee to hot water for tea, I have to do a 6 ounce flush to clear any left over coffee grounds in the head. I feel the pro's far outweigh the con's in this case. If it were not for the con's, this machine would have received a 5 star raiting.

Solid performer

All in all, this is a good product. It makes great tasting coffee. The main reason for not giving it five stars is, coming from using a competitor's coffee maker for years, the quality of the UI/UX design of this product is slightly lower than what I was used to. It's not downright terrible or anything, just slightly less intuitive and requires a few more steps to accomplish the similar tasks. That being said, I'm still glad to have made the switch.

not what expected

Its a bit complex to work around. EX: if you want to brew over "ICE" the machine wont allow you to choose "strong" and the OZ needed It only does 6oz at a time per k-cup and its normal temp. Another thing is the temperature, I wish that it could be manageable to be hotter for hot coffee, i feel I need to put my coffee into the microwave for a better temp,

Not as nice as the Limited Edition model

Bulky, not as sleek or refined on the counter as the limited edition I previously owned. The tank, the carafe, even the drip stop plate are all different than the limited edition. It was sleek looking and excellent. This has the buttons and clock on the front where the other had it on top giving a much more aesthetic visual.

Warm coffee

The coffee on the drip side is not as hot as it should be and the least amount of cups you can make is 6. Many times I only use 4 cups so this is a waste of money. When attempting to return the maker I found I must pay for shipping so I am sorry I made this purchase that now I’m stuck with.

Compared to my last Keurig, that I had for years and loved, this is made with very flimsy , cheap materials. The pod coffee does not get hot. Even when I press hot. The brewer coffee tastes bad. Old. Currently looking for someone to give it to so I can purchase another brand. Good bye ole friend
