We needed a new coffee maker and found this one at the right time. The coffee tasts great and it is very easy to use. I still have to figure out the frother but I will get it! Great Buy!!

This is an excellent bundle! Both coffee systems work wonderfully, and all the add-ons in the bundle are fabulous. I highly recommend this if you enjoy both traditional coffee and k-cup.

The 1 I received was great, the coffee tasted great I have had coffee maker's that didn't make good coffee no matter what I did. And with all the attachments just made it better

So easy to use and so convenient to have both pots together. The water reservoir is bigger then a regular keurig so you don’t have to fill it as often.

After having 5 consecutive Keurig Coffee systems, they finally got this one right! It is superb to any other machine I have ever owned! All components actually work and it produced excellent coffee - and fast!

So far I have been very pleased with the coffee maker. I like the clear and straightforward control panel. The single water tank and its ease of use. The new water sprayer design makes a difference in the quality and taste of coffee in either the carafe or single pod. I purchased stainless steel individual reusable cups that are great. All in all I am really pleased with my purchase.

Only thing i don't like about it is the strong button only works on the k cups. My old keurig it worked on brewing a pot too.

All in all, this is a good product. It makes great tasting coffee. The main reason for not giving it five stars is, coming from using a competitor's coffee maker for years, the quality of the UI/UX design of this product is slightly lower than what I was used to. It's not downright terrible or anything, just slightly less intuitive and requires a few more steps to accomplish the similar tasks. That being said, I'm still glad to have made the switch.

The extras are great but this coffee maker doesn’t make hot coffee like the other cheaper single cups. Also, a slower brew

Compared to my last Keurig, that I had for years and loved, this is made with very flimsy , cheap materials. The pod coffee does not get hot. Even when I press hot. The brewer coffee tastes bad. Old. Currently looking for someone to give it to so I can purchase another brand. Good bye ole friend
