We needed a new coffee maker and found this one at the right time. The coffee tasts great and it is very easy to use. I still have to figure out the frother but I will get it! Great Buy!!

The 1 I received was great, the coffee tasted great I have had coffee maker's that didn't make good coffee no matter what I did. And with all the attachments just made it better

Have purchased several Keurigs and almost didn't buy this one because of issues with the last one not recognizing other Kcup compatible pods. Glad I didn't pass on this. Sleek style and the footprint is no larger than my previous Keurig 2. Provides the flexibility of fresh ground, full pot size, and over ice options. Easy to operate and I have had zero issues with the brew not being hot, which was a concern expressed by other reviewers. I have not yet tried the bonus frother, but appreciated it being included. Overall, I think it is a great machine at a competitive price point.

Our previous Keurig devices (2) performed well. One was given away ad is still active. The other stopped working so it was replaced by this new one. After getting acquainteed with the new control panel, I have not had problems with the new one.

After having 5 consecutive Keurig Coffee systems, they finally got this one right! It is superb to any other machine I have ever owned! All components actually work and it produced excellent coffee - and fast!

I just want to say, this coffee maker is one of the best that I ever had! So happy with this product. I had the cuisinart. It was alway a problem, in the morning I just don't have the time for! This one works, does not spit water all over. Pods don't explode in a mess! What a great little machine. I won't ever look elsewhere again!! Thank you also for the free coffee pods! I just can't thank you enough!!

So easy to use and so convenient to have both pots together. The water reservoir is bigger then a regular keurig so you don't have to fill it as often.

This is an excellent bundle! Both coffee systems work wonderfully, and all the add-ons in the bundle are fabulous. I highly recommend this if you enjoy both traditional coffee and k-cup.

The unit is exactly what we expected - simple & works well, looks nice on the countertop, easy to figure out. There is no water filter included if you’d expect it to be - we use our Culligan filtered water anyway. Hoping this unit lasts awhile. We previously had one of the single K cup brewers & it stopped working after about 7 months.

I purchased the coffee maker after my Gen 1 decided to go flakey on me, by not dispensing the same number of ounces I selected. Instead of 12 cups in the carafe I would get any amount other than 12. same with cups. The Gen 2 is so much better. I like the instant response rather than waiting for it to heat the water, before dispensing. I now get consistent amounts of beverages. At this point in time I am very happy with my purchase. That being said, I am disappointed that the coffee maker didn't come with a water filter, no was any mention of one in the literature. Also, when I want to switch from coffee to hot water for tea, I have to do a 6 ounce flush to clear any left over coffee grounds in the head. I feel the pro's far outweigh the con's in this case. If it were not for the con's, this machine would have received a 5 star raiting.
