We’ve had a Bunn for years with separate single serve Keurig’s. I love this duo. Less counterspace, easy controls, programmable. We wanted a pot that brews 12 cups; the pot seems huge, and it’s heavy when full. The height is good under my counter. My largest Tervis cup fits under the single serve. I’m happy!

Not having to drag 2 types of separate coffee makers on the counter is a blessing. Now one swipe of a process of my desire is at hand. One tank of water with a filtration system using a pod of regular or flavored coffee. Ice in a cup or hot mug of your choice. Making a full batch of coffee ideal setup. You’ll pat yourself on your back and wonder why you didn’t do this earlier

I bought this mainly for my husband who drinks coffee all day long. His biggest complaint is how slowly the water drips into his cup. My biggest complaint is the water container is behind the machine which makes it a little more difficult to see the water level.

The coffee on the drip side is not as hot as it should be and the least amount of cups you can make is 6. Many times I only use 4 cups so this is a waste of money. When attempting to return the maker I found I must pay for shipping so I am sorry I made this purchase that now I’m stuck with.

I love the k-Duo Hot & Iced Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker! I had a really old machine from another company, and I had no idea what I was missing. This machine is so fast! I have coffee in seconds. My husband loves the iced feature so he can have iced green tea. I love the strong and extra hot features, too. I haven’t used the carafe yet, but it will be nice to be able to serve coffee quickly and efficiently after family dinners instead of making it a cup at a time.

All in all, this is a good product. It makes great tasting coffee. The main reason for not giving it five stars is, coming from using a competitor's coffee maker for years, the quality of the UI/UX design of this product is slightly lower than what I was used to. It's not downright terrible or anything, just slightly less intuitive and requires a few more steps to accomplish the similar tasks. That being said, I'm still glad to have made the switch.

Overall, we are happy. The carafe is a different shape than the previous model. We wish they included some paper filters or a reusable/washable filter. The same can be said for the water reserve....they don't give you the filter that is needed or the charcoal pod(s). Coffee brews faster and is hotter. Setup was fairly easy we shall see how things go.

Love this coffee pot! It has a perfect pour...no dribbles or drips. The reservoir is easy to fill and replace. Many options for both pots and cups. Thank you! This Keurig coffee maker is SOOOOO much better than the more generic system I had for several years.

Works great and is nice and quiet. Only downside I’m noticing is when I’m making tea. For some reason, not every time, there will be grounds in the bottom of my cup. I’ve tried rinsing it out, making sure it’s clean, but it keeps happening. When I’m making coffee or just a cup of coffee, it hasn’t done this.
