We love the improvements to the Gen 2. The glass pot doesn't dribble when pouring into my mug, the clock on the face of the machine (not on the top), the redesigned water tank now easier to remove.....great improvements. Thank you!

Can’t use your own refillable pod

It’s a nice coffee pot. But, I am not happy I have to buy the crazy pod if you want to put in your own brew. It’s to complicated. I don’t have time to mess with that. Plus you need more then one.

▪︎ The timer is awkward to set. Too many steps. ▪︎ It would be nice to have an on-off switch. ▪︎ The single cup side, when brewed, is not piping hot. The craft side is just right with heat.

If you like to use your own coffee. You need new specific to this exact brewery, stainless steel k cups. It won't work with the the stainless steel reusable k cups from my old duo non ice coffee maker.
