Bought and received the Duo about two weeks ago and we're in coffee heaven, full pot in the morning and a quick cup anytime during the day/evening.....super happy

I used to use a French press and it has been a bit difficult to learn this machine but it makes making coffee so much easier. I love the easy access and smart brew for easy mornings.

Very ergonomic for a quick cup or a full brew. Easy to clean and makes mornings go a lot smoother with the auto brew setup the night before knowing it will be ready when you awake.

I bought this when my Cusinart started leaking. I love that there’s just one water tank and you can choose a six cup carafe or eight etc. Also the the hot n cold K Cup feature. Awesome machine!

I’ve owned Keurig coffee makes for 18 years. This one feels cheap and flimsy. It is all thin plastic. The coffee is good but I don’t know how long it will last.
