I like the machine. I normally make a half pot each day and rarely use the K-cup side. I find the water reservoir is easy to fill and the compact size of the machine beats others. I've only had it for a month but no complaints so far.

I used to use a French press and it has been a bit difficult to learn this machine but it makes making coffee so much easier. I love the easy access and smart brew for easy mornings.

Very ergonomic for a quick cup or a full brew. Easy to clean and makes mornings go a lot smoother with the auto brew setup the night before knowing it will be ready when you awake.

Keurig has come a long way. Love the duo choices and the extra hot is a plus! Makes great tea to. Only small complaint would be water reservoir was bigger. But other than that love it!

Love the one water tank that feeds the pot and K-cup both. Was a little surprised that the unit did not come with the filter dispenser or filter, don’t remember seeing that in any of the advertisements. Very inconvenient.
